NWDEY 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery date.


1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1 Qualifying Returns

  • Unopened Products:
    Must retain original factory-sealed packaging (including boxes, protective films, and all accessories).No signs of wear, installation, or customization
  • Defective Products:
    Manufacturing flaws or transit damage verified by NWDEY quality control.

1.2 Non-Qualifying Returns

  • Products with customer-induced damage (scratches, liquid exposure, etc.).
  • Items missing original packaging/components.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Authorization Request
Submit through NWDEY Return Center with:

  • Order number
  • Purchase email
  • Evidence (photos/videos for defect claims)

Step 2: Return Label & Instructions
Approved requests receive a prepaid shipping label via email within 2 business days.

Step 3: Shipment

  • Securely repackage items with the provided return form.
  • Drop off at designated carrier locations or schedule pickup.

Step 4: Quality Review
NWDEY inspects returns within 3 business days of warehouse receipt.

Step 5: Resolution

  • Refunds: Processed to original payment method within:
    • PayPal: 3 business days
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 7 business days
  • Replacements: Shipped via standard delivery upon approval.

3. Shipping Costs

  • NWDEY Responsibilities:
    Defective items and warehouse errors.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    Non-defective returns and non-compliant shipments.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Email service@nwdey.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Shipped orders must follow standard return procedures.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized products.
  • Software licenses with activated authentication codes.
  • Clearance items marked "Final Sale".
